This was my very first real estate purchase. I knew very little about the process. I told Zia that I will really need things to be explained to me AND also to let me know WHAT I need to do and WHEN I need to do it. Zia did an excellent job of keeping it simple for me without making me feel like I knew nothing. My phone calls and emails to him were returned very promptly. In addition to all that, Zia offered some great recommendations to me and some good pointers on what to keep in mind in my search. And I was also impressed on how Zia was able to get the purchase price down to a number a lot closer to what I had in mind. I would not hesitate to use Zia again in another real estate purchase. Zia took care of all our needs. He was on top of things every step of the way from scheduling and meeting us for impromptu showings to arranging our very rapid buying process,all done within one week. He even made sure that we got one last minute sudden furnace failure that came up the morning of closing taken care of before we sat down to close,that took some time doing and we really appreciated it.
